Steamboat trips on the Weser

The Weser fleet jetty is right next to our hotel - a guest ship for day trips, parties and events with rich gastronomy.

Hiking and cycling trails

The Weserbergland invites you to go hiking and cycling thanks to its enchanting nature. Hikers can enjoy the Weserbergland-Weg, a route that is known throughout Germany, a trip to the Klippenturm, or the Schaumburg. Thanks to diverse cycle paths, cyclists will also enjoy their stay here.

Gliding

The airfield in Rinteln enables air sports enthusiasts and those interested to fly with gliders, motor gliders, helicopters and microlights. Flying takes place on weekends and public holidays.

Draisine driving

Draisine driving means fun and activity for the whole family. The 18km long draisine route leads through the Extertal from Rinteln to Alverdissen over old railroad tracks. If you are fit and enjoy moving, this is exactly the right thing for you.

Indoor and outdoor pools

Would you like to cool down or relax? The outdoor pool in Rinteln offers you an adventure pool, swimming pool and starting blocks and a 25m long wide water slide. In the Rinteln indoor pool, you can look forward to a swimming pool and a children's pool, as well as a sauna.

City Museum: Eulenburg

In addition to permanent exhibitions about prehistory and early history, the town and fortress Rinteln, witch hunt, university history and the Weser, the Eulenburg Museum offers changing exhibitions for young and old.
